Upon reaching the observation deck, marvel at a bird’s eye view of Dubai’s stunning expanse from two observation decks. Depending on the ticket purchased for the Burj Khalifa, access is granted to either one or both decks.
With the At the Top - Burj Khalifa Tickets, explore the 124th, 148th, and 154th floors without restrictions. From the observation deck on these floors, zoom in for a close-up view of one of the city’s iconic landmarks using advanced and high-power telescopes.

- Burj Khalifa tickets are available for different time slots. Choose from the currently available slots to secure your amazing Burj Khalifa experience.
- Remember to bring the ticket voucher along with a copy of your passport or Emirates ID. These documents are required for presentation at the 'At the Top Will Call' counter.
- Bookings are valid only for the selected slot and date at the time of booking.
- Tickets are for single-use only and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
- Transfers can be arranged with us for an additional fee.
- No cancellation charges shall be applied if the bookings are cancelled 48 hours before the tour.
- A 100% cancellation charge shall be applied if the tour is cancelled within 48 hours of the booking.
- If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days.
- Entry is free for children below 2.
- Those between 3 and 8 years of age are considered children and charged at child rates.
- Those above 8 are considered adults and are charged at standard rates.
