River Land, located at the heart of Dubai Parks and Resorts, is a themed retail and dining destination with 4 distinct zones, featuring over 50 shops and restaurants. Access is free for all guests.
The GCC Residence Offer is available to UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait residents. Present a valid resident ID at the ticket gate to redeem.
Each valid GCC resident ID can redeem a maximum of 5 tickets per park for the entire day.
Operational hours may vary during the holy month of Ramadan; eating or drinking outdoors is not permitted in this period.
A minimum of two persons is required for shared transfer activities.
Pick-ups for shared transfers are exclusively from your Dubai hotel or residence, excluding airport pick-ups.
Shared transfers are available from Deira and Bur Dubai locations only.
Sharing transfer pick-up or drop-off timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic conditions and your location.

The cancellation policy

A 100% cancellation fee applies if the booking is canceled, with no 24-hour grace period available.

Entry is complimentary for children under 3 years, as they are classified as infants.
Children aged 4 to 11 years are subject to child rates.
Individuals aged 12 and above are charged at the standard adult rate.
