Ski Dubai – Things to know

Arrive 40 minutes prior to your booked Ski/Snowboard lesson or Penguin Encounter time slot
All prices include 5% VAT
Slope access is limited to experienced skiers and snowboarders only (Skill Level 2+)
To use the slope, guests must demonstrate the following skills:
- Safe stopping
- Speed control
- Linking turns
- Using the lifts effectively
All guests are required to sign a waiver to enter the slope

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled start of the tour incur no charges.
Cancelling within 24 hours of the tour start time results in a 100% cancellation fee.
Eligible refunds will be processed to your account within 7 working days.

The Child Policy

Children under 2 years are not permitted to participate in any activities.
Children aged 2 to 12 years qualify for child rates.
Those over 12 years are considered adults and charged at adult rates.
